2. Precautions
1. Ensure electrical safety at all times for a secure operation.
2. In the event of a malfunction, immediately turn off the power to prevent any hazards.
3. Avoid placing your hands inside the machine during operation to ensure personal safety.
4. Maintain the working voltage at a stable 220+-5% to guarantee optimal machine performance.
3. Instructions
Switch on the power and set the temperature to a precise 180-200 ºC. Prior to shipping, the temperature is pre-set for your convenience, eliminating the need for adjustments. If necessary, fine-tune by adjusting slightly; avoid excessive temperature increases.
Once powered, observe the thermostat's red light, indicating preheating. In 3-5 minutes, as the light transitions, your seal machine is ready, maintaining the exact temperature for efficient operation.
4. Maintenance
1. Conduct regular cleaning to keep the machine pristine, ensuring peak performance and hygiene.
2. Lubricate the mechanical rotating parts periodically with butter to prevent noise. If noise is detected, remove the upper cover, locate the source, and apply lubrication.
